Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q:Are all the pictures of the shells the actual shells that you will receive?
A: Not always. Listings that have a one sharp measure such as 37mm are for one shell and that shell is the one pictured. Listings that give a measurement range such as 37-44mm are for multiple specimens and those photos are of one of the shells available, not neccessarily the one you will receive, but they will all be very similiar. Likewise if there are two or more shells in the photo that is for a multiple listing.

Q:Can I place an order without going through the checkout?
A:Yes. If you have problems using the checkout you can email me the names and numbers of the shells you are wanting and I will send you a pro forma invoice and you can pay by whichever method you prefer. We accept paypal, check or money order drawn on a U.S bank.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A:Our base shipping charge starts out at $4.50. That is for up to 4 ounces. That can usually accomodate 3 to 4 small shells. For larger orders or larger shells or international shipping please email me requsting a shipping total. Shipping costs are based on actual weight of package. CRITTERMAN2007@AOL.COM.
